Navigating a PDF document in Edge is scrolling up or down which can be quickly down with the mouse wheel, the page up and page down buttons and the most convenient arrow keys.

The arrow in the shape of a circle can rotate the document while the last button can give the reader the best view by fitting the document to the window.

Saving and Printing
The final group of buttons can be used if you want to print and save the document. The button with the printer icon will launch the printer dialogue menu where you can choose from various printer settings and print the document. The other icon which has a Floppy Disk icon will let you save the document. There is another icon which will unpin the entire command bar while reading and it can be pinned again anytime in Microsoft Edge PDF viewer.

How to Disable Edge’s PDF Viewer?
If all of your PDF files are opening in Microsoft Edge rather than the default Adobe Acrobat Reader, then Microsoft Edge has been set as the default program for viewing PDF in your computer. To disableEdge’s PDF Viewer as the default PDF reader, follow these steps:
Step 1. Choose any PDF file on your computer and make a right-click on it.
Step 2. From the contextual menu, choose Properties, and a new dialog box will open.
Step 3. Locate Open With and click on the Change button and select your default reader and click on Apply.
This step will disable Edge’s PDF viewer, and you can open the PDF files in your preferred reader.
