Your photos and videos make up most of your memories and are your private property which must be kept hidden only to be shared with those whom you approve. However, there are situations when we can’t stop our close family and friends from looking through our phone’s photographs. The best way to prevent people from seeing personal images is to hide them or keep them private. And the best way on how to keep secret photos on Android is using Keep Photos Secret, an app by Systweak that also allows you to organize your photos into multiple albums.

Lock Your Memories With Your Fingerprint – Keep Photos Secret

Using a Photo Locker App To Hide Photos In Android Devices is the best way to hide information on your phone. However, I prefer to use the Keep Photos Secret app, which is the most appropriate app for this duty, as the name says. It is currently free to use for a short time. This program not only allows users to conceal photos on Android, but it also allows them to categorize them into different categories. Here are the steps to Hide Photos In Android Using Photo Locker App known as Keep Photos Secret:

Step 1: Use the Google Play Store link below to download and install Keep Photos Secret on your phone.

Step 2: To start the app, tap on the shortcut icon you just generated.

Step 3: You’ll be prompted to create a four-digit passcode, which you must confirm.

Step 4: A default folder is established on the initial app screen. More folders or albums can be created by clicking the Plus button in the top right corner.

Step 5: After giving the new folder a name, you can add a password for more security. To finish the procedure, click the Create Album button.

Step 6: To add images, click the + sign in the bottom right corner of the album you just created.

You can add and hide existing photographs from your phone in the gallery.

Camera: You may also use the in-app camera mode to take photos, which will be saved in the photos vault and will never be seen unless you want them to be.

Step 7: After you’ve added the photographs from your Gallery, you’ll see a prompt asking if you want to remove the original file. To delete the file from your default gallery, select Yes.

Note: If you select No in the preceding step, the photo will be shown in both locations and will not be hidden.

Step 8:  Now Tap on the Gear Wheel or Cog icon on the top right corner and then tap on the Passcode Settings.

Step 9: Enter your 4 digit passcode and then tap on the slide the toggle button next to Enable Touch ID toward the right. This will enable the Keep Photos App to authenticate you with the default fingerprint data stored in your phone.

Step 10: Close the app and be confident that your images are safely stored in a vault protected by a four-digit code.

Note: Any photo you move to the vault can be returned to any folder you want at any time, and it can also be shared via social media and email, WhatsApp, Skype, and OneDrive, etc.
