In Windows 11, you do not need third-party software to convert your Windows 11 PC into a mobile hotspot or Wi-Fi hotspot. The built-in mobile hotspot functionality can be used to share your internet connection with others.

All the recent versions of smartphone and desktop operating systems allow you to share your internet connection over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It’s just that all operating systems call this feature with different names. For example, in Windows operating system, it’s called Mobile hotspot. In iOS, it’s known as Personal hotspot. Android calls it Wi-Fi hotspot.

There are multiple ways to turn on or off the mobile hotspot in Windows 11. This guide will show you the two easy ways to turn on or off the mobile hotspot in Windows 11.
