Note: You need to have a Facebook page to get Page Inbox. Also, you need to connect your Instagram account to your Facebook account.

  • Sign in to your Facebook account.

  • Go to your page.

  • Click Inbox from the top of the page.

  • Under Messages, you will get access to your Messenger and Instagram Direct. Along with comments on your post on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Click the Instagram Direct tab and check and reply to Instagram DMs.

You can use Instagram Direct on Facebook by accessing Inbox on your smartphone as well using the Facebook Page manager on Android and iPhone.

  • Install the app and launch it.
  • Sign in and go to your Page.
  • Click on the Instagram Direct messages icon or Facebook Messenger and respond to your messages in a single app.
